The third annual China Forum with Out & Equal Workplace Advocates will take place on 7th and 8th December 2020.
The 2020 Out & Equal LGBTQ Virtual China Forum aims to enable leaders from Chinese and multinational corporations to learn, strategise and exchange ideas and best practices to advance workplace inclusion for LGBTQ people in China.
The virtual event will start on 7th December for an evening of fun and networking. The goal of the pre-forum Networking Happy Hour “is to have a good time, build new connections, and be ready to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the Out & Equal LGBTQ Virtual China Forum the following day”, said the organiser.
Then on 8th December, the forum will bring together hundreds of company leaders for a half-day of an “enlightening plenary discussion” focused on LGBTQ inclusion journeys throughout the region. Following the panel, will be the opportunity to join breakout groups to discuss key points, ask questions and engage in peer-to-peer learning and networking, confirmed the organiser.
