Women in Hospitality, Travel and Leisure (WiHTL) has organised a Virtual Roundtable for global HR/DE&I leaders on the people challenges facing the industry in different geographies at this time of great uncertainty.
Tea Colaianni, Chair and Founder of WiHTL, will chair the virtual roundtable discussion with global leaders from Australia, Greater China, Continental Europe and the UK. The event will take place on 2nd December 2020 between 8.00 – 9.30 GMT.
The virtual round table will explore:
- The people challenges facing hospitality, travel and leisure businesses in different geographies.
- Corporate and personal learnings at different stages in the economic and health crisis.
- The logistical, financial, people wellbeing, diversity and inclusion implications of the global pandemic.
- Work life post Covid-19 – re-imagining the future.
“There is no textbook to deal with the current challenges, we all need other geographical points of reference and the opportunity to innovate, benchmark and learn from an external perspective,” according to Colaianni. The virtual roundtable is open to all who are managing talent to attend and is aimed to provide inspiration, insight and opportunity to learn from Global HR/DE&I Leaders in the industry.
