Global diversity and inclusion (D&I) consultancy The Clear Company has announced the appointment of Rupal Kantaria as Strategic Board Advisor to continue its successful growth trajectory.
Kantaria joins at a time of significant UK and global expansion; as the business track record of thought leadership, innovation and collaboration fuels its next growth phase.

PASSION FOR INCLUSION
With a career background in strategy consulting Kantaria is also well known for her passion and leadership for inclusion and social change; she is renowned for her ability to connect diverse communities of private, public and third sector influencers, co-creating ideas and solutions to shared challenges both globally and in the UK.
Kantaria is appointed on the Government commissioned City of London Social Mobility taskforce; and is a Director of her family’s charitable foundation. She has co-founded two social mission movements; Mission INCLUDE driving inclusive culture at corporates and GenGive igniting the social conscience in families. Most recently she has been recognised in the 2022 Timewise Power Part Timers list.
Motivation to work with the Clear Company included the potential within the business for her to add value; and help it achieve its purpose. “The strong leadership and positive culture at the Clear Company was palpable from the beginning,” shared Kantaria. “I found smart, creative and empathic leaders in a successful business with strong underlying economics that is aligned with my values; and where I believe I can add value and help drive it towards its goals.”
