The Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative (RIDI) has announced a new research project to help organisations recruit back better.
Despite the well-documented changes to the working world there is still much uncertainty about what the future will look like; and just how accessible and equitable employment opportunities will be for disabled workers. The research, entitled Recruiting Back Better’ will focus on recruiters and disabled job seekers to encourage everyone to talk and learn about disability confidence; and understand the impact of an inclusive recruitment process and employment on disabled people.
RIDI is encouraging both recruiters and individuals to take part. There are two surveys that can be accessed using the following links; depending on whether you are a recruiter (click for questions here) or a job seeker (click for questions here).
