myGwork, the LGBTQ+ business platform, is hosting an event with passionate speakers about LGBTQ+ history this week.
LGBTQ+ history is full of interesting and exciting tales that paint a vivid picture of what life was like for LGBTQ+ people throughout the expanse of human civilisation. Be it Kings and Emperors, civil rights leaders or everyday people who found ways to live authentically, their stories persist and deserve to be told. myGwork’s event will share some of those stories about LGBTQ+ history.
Panellists include Josh Rivers, creator and host of podcast Busy Being Black; Lee Perry, Principal Scientist at GlaxoSmithKline; Cassius Naylor, Chief of Staff for our Chief Communications and Marketing Officer; Emily Hamilton, VP Strategic Change, RS Components; Frank Ojeda, Senior Associate Immigration, Synechron; and Stephen Anthony Guerriero, Ancient History Teacher, History Unerased.
