Oshkosh Corporation has partnered with Black Progress Matters (BPM), an executive minority staffing organisation, in a bid to improve the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) efforts in recruitment.
The collaboration with BPM highlights the company’s focus on enhancing workplace DE&I. Steadfast in DE&I initiatives, Oshkosh has “pledged to partner with Black Progress Matters to assist in the recruitment to fill key openings for the organisation with the best candidate”, said the company.
“We congratulate Oshkosh Corporation for embracing our mission,” stated Dean Haynesworth, CEO of Black Progress Matters. “We have built an organisation around one mission; to change the face of leadership in organisations worldwide through our various executive minority staffing activities. It takes leading organisations like Oshkosh to help bring about this change; and are excited to deliver on their expectations of Black Progress Matters.”
INCLUSION & EQUITY
“We are energised by the work that the Black Progress Matters team is leading; and look forward to continuing to grow our culture of inclusion and equity at Oshkosh Corporation,” stated Jenny Crawford, Director of Talent Acquisition at Oshkosh Corporation. “We believe that all team members should feel safe, empowered and able to come to work as their whole, authentic self each day.”
