RIGOROUS ANALYSIS

Great Place to Work determines the list each year through rigorous analysis of data from their proprietary Trust Index employee experience survey. To determine the list, Great Place to Work analysed confidential survey feedback representing more than 5.3 million employees.

Employees responded to over 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organisation creates a great workplace For All. Around 85% of the evaluation is based on what millennials say about their experiences of trust and reaching their full human potential as part of their organisation; no matter who they are or what they do. The remaining 15% is based on an assessment of millennials’ daily experiences of innovation; the company’s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders.
