Nominations for this year’s HERoes Women Role Model Lists, supported by Yahoo Finance, are now open, confirmed the organiser INvolve.
These lists celebrate inspirational leaders who have achieved significant individual success; and those who have shown themselves to be strong drivers of inclusivity in the workplace. The HERoes Women Role Model Lists showcase leaders who are championing women in business; and driving change for gender diversity in the workplace.
They aim to represent the wide range of impactful and innovative work being done for inclusion across different countries, organisations and sectors; and celebrate the diverse range of inspiring individuals who have made it their personal mission to make a difference.
HEROES LIST CATEGORIES
If you know someone who deserves recognition for their work for inclusion (including yourself), then you can nominate them for one of three categories. They include:
- 100 Women Executives: Senior women leading by example and driving change to increase gender diversity in the workplace.
- 100 Women Future Leaders: Inspirational women who are not yet senior leaders in an organisation, but are making a significant contribution to gender diversity at work.
- 50 Advocates: Senior leaders who are advocates for women in business; and dedicated to creating a more diverse and inclusive business environment for women.
