Thrive, the social enterprise for gender equality, has organised an International Women’s Day (IWD) Workshop on 1 March 2021.
Taking place the week before the official IWD 2021 date, the virtual event aims to upskill and educate why gender equality is a business benefit; and the steps needed to achieve a more equal workplace.
The event will feature three of the country’s leading speakers on the topic for expert-led practical discussion. They include Felicia Willow, CEO of the UK’s leading equality campaigner the Fawcett Society; Dianne Greyson, Director of Equilibrium Mediation Consulting and Founder of #EthnicityPayGap campaign; and Jemima Lovatt, Founder of Thrive.
