British Diversity Awards 2025

The fourth annual British Diversity Awards took place at the prestigious Grosvenor House London on Wednesday 19th March, to celebrate this year’s inclusion champions, trailblazers and change-makers.

Hosted by celebrated broadcaster Charlene White and TV personality Dr Ranj Singh, and headline sponsored by LSEG, the evening paid tribute to individuals, teams and organisations leading the way in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). With an empowering keynote speech from June Sarpong OBE and a high-energy performance from Boney M, the night was more than just an awards ceremony; it was a powerful statement of the UK’s commitment to fostering an inclusive future.

BREAKING BARRIERS & DRIVING CHANGE

Some of the night’s biggest winners, included:

  • Christine McGuinness took home Media Champion of the Year for her tireless advocacy in raising awareness about Autism and ADHD.
  • Cindy Ngamba, the first-ever Refugee Olympic Team medallist in boxing, was recognized as Athlete Powering Positive Change.
  • Monzo secured Company of the Year, reinforcing its reputation as a leader in workplace inclusivity.
  • Lockton, EDF Energy, and E.ON were celebrated for their outstanding employee networks, driving real cultural transformation within their organisations.

Commenting on the evening, Linda Riley, founder of the British Diversity Awards, said: “Diversity and inclusion are the foundations of a stronger, more successful society. The British Diversity Awards celebrate the organisations and individuals leading the way in creating a more equal and representative world. It’s been a truly inspirational night.”
