The Ethnicity Pay Gap Campaign, in partnership with Spktral, has announced the return of the Ethnicity Pay Gap Summit on Friday 7th February 2025.
Proudly supported by the Fawcett Society, ShareAction and the Association for Black and Minority Ethnic Engineers (AFBE-UK ), and hosted by Lloyd’s of London, this event will help attendees prepare for the forthcoming mandatory ethnicity pay gap reporting in the UK. The summit will provide an educational and inclusive platform where participants can gain insights from leading experts, build meaningful connections, and deepen their understanding of the complex issues surrounding ethnicity pay gaps.
