The Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative (RIDI) Awards 2023, recognising excellence in diversity and inclusion within the recruitment sector, unveiled the winners last night (7 December 2023).
The winners, including the Arts Council, Cabinet Office, PageGroup and FT attended the reception at a ceremony at law firm DWF’s offices in London to accept awards for the impact of their disability confident recruitment practices. Those recognised at the awards include organisations from family-owned-and-run businesses like Marsham Court Hotel to large multinationals including KPMG, proving disability confidence can be achieved by organisations of all sizes.
The awards, which had two new categories this year – ‘Building Disability Confidence’ for those organisations at the start of their journey and ‘Creating Disability Confident Recruiters’, for those with long-established Disability Confident programmes – are supported by sponsors including Amazon, PageGroup, Robert Walters Group, and Saxton Bampfylde; all of whom are at the forefront of promoting inclusivity and driving disability inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
