DIAL Global’s first summit of 2023 returns on 1-2 March themed ‘Responsible Business: From Equality to Equity’.

In recent years we’ve seen a lot of initiatives in the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging space, as more and more organisations take their first steps towards an inclusive workplace culture or accelerate their journey through research, learning, goals and scorecards

This is all incredibly positive, but we also need to review and reflect on our initiatives and be ready to adjust plans in order to stay on course in a changing world.
