Asia's Most Inspirational Women in Leadership

The House of Rose Professional (HORP) has revealed Asia’s Most Inspirational Women in Leadership.

The 2022 Break the ceiling touch the sky list of Asia’s Most Inspirational Women in Leadership, is created by House of Rose Professional, for its Mission 2029 for a Better World initiative, which aims to shape a better world via better diversity and inclusion, better leadership and better business. The organisation aims to quintuple the number of Female CEOs and double the number of male (advocates for diversity) CEOs in the World’s 500 largest Companies by 2029. 

Research shows that when considering a potential employer, 61% of women look at the diversity of the employers leadership team, 67% at whether it has positive role models similar to them, and 56% at whether the organisation publicly shares its progress on diversity. Gender diversity and inclusion in organisations is a critical indicator of success.

EXCEPTIONAL WOMEN LEADERS

The 2022 Break the ceiling touch the sky list of Asia’s Most Inspirational Women in Leadership focused on the corporate world and was curated by House of Rose Professional from its review of female executives in over 400 Companies operating in Asia. The list is representative of the many talented women leaders living and working in Asia. A spot on the list is not linked to any “subscription” and cannot be influenced or paid for.  

Five factors were used in the final determination of Asia’s Most Inspirational Women in leadership.  Career achievements; scale of influenceactive and visible advocacy for gender equality; active support of other women in leadership within and outside of their own organisations/companies; and sharing of their best practices for success across broader industry.   

The 2022 Break the ceiling touch the sky list of Asia’s Most Inspirational Women in Leadership will be celebrated (alongside Inspirational women leaders from across the world at the 2022 World Edition of Break the ceiling touch the sky – the success and leadership summit, being held today on 25 October 2022  in Singapore.
