The event will feature supplier diversity experts such as Pauline Miller, Chief Equity Officer, EMEA for dentsu international; Kavita Cooper; Managing Director, Novo-K SMART procurement; Osita Madu, Senior EDI Manager, Supply Chain at HS2; and Jason Roberts, CEO & Founder of Kaleida International. Clear Company’s in-house diversity and inclusion experts such as Alexandre Maria and Jen Davidson, will also be attending.
ABOUT THE SUPPLIER DIVERSITY EXPERTS
Pauline Miller, Chief Equity Officer EMEA at dentsu International will be speaking on the topic of supplier diversity programmes. Miller is responsible for shaping and leading dentsu’s DEI strategy and execution across the region. She is also a member of the EMEA Executive committee. She has held many senior positions responsible for organisational culture, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, leadership and talent development. As well as her dentsu role, Miller is actively involved in mentoring women and girls starting out in their careers. She also recently completed her MSc in Occupational and Business Psychology with a research paper titled “The Missing Female CEO”.
Kavita Cooper, Managing Director at Novo-K, is a champion and advocate of sustainable procurement both for her business and clients. As a minority women business owner, Cooper is passionate about supplier diversity and works with corporates to build supplier diversity programmes. She believes good procurement should be the cornerstone of every successful organisation delivering more than just savings; with Novo-K’s motto being “Think Strategically, Deliver Responsibly, Create Impact”.
Jason Roberts, CEO & Founder of Kaleida International, connecting procurement buyers to B2B suppliers and diverse suppliers through private and public sector tenders. Roberts has been entrepreneurial since childhood and attacks every challenge with immeasurable resilience and a determination to succeed.
Osta Madu, Senior EDI Manager, Supply Chain at HS2 specialises in Employee Relations, Recruitment, Training, Mediation and D&I. He has made the most impact by developing, influencing, implementing and managing diversity across various sectors from local authorities to banking. More recently he is involved with the infrastructure programme at High Speed Two. Since joining the organisation six years ago he has won numerous awards and gained recognition for his innovative approach to inclusive procurement and tendering for all major suppliers to HS2.
