The Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (enei) has extended the deadline for its annual Inclusivity Excellence Awards to Wednesday 31 August 2022.
The awards, open to all employers worldwide, provide a platform for organisations to showcase and share their achievements in promoting and progressing workplace diversity, equality, inclusion, and belonging.
“I am thrilled to be announcing the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (enei) Inclusivity Excellence Awards 2022, where we celebrate the fabulous work being done by employers in creating workplace diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI),” stated enei CEO Sandi Wassmer. “Working in the DEI space has been quite the journey since the inception of the Equality Act back in 2010, and the social inequalities and social injustices that the pandemic has shed a harsh light on have certainly served to amplify the importance of everybody’s work in this space. Here at enei, our annual awards offer a solid platform for organisations to showcase the inclusive cultures they are creating and the impact their work has had on colleagues, employees, and teams as they build workplaces where everyone has a sense of belonging.”
AWARD CATEGORIES
This year there are nine award categories to choose from, encompassing all aspects of workplace diversity, equality and inclusion.
The categories are:
- Innovative Approach to Diversity and Inclusion
- Inclusive Culture
- Progressive, Agile, and Flexible Working Practices
- Driving Social Inclusion in the Workplace
- Enhancing Wellbeing and Belonging at Work
- Putting Intersectionality into Practice
- Closing the Pay Gaps
- Employee Network Group of the Year
- Equality and Inclusion Influencer of the Year
