The Clear Company is hosting a virtual diversity forum on workplace wellbeing. The virtual event entitled ‘Employee Wellbeing at the Workplace’ will take place on 2 February (10-11:30am).
Taking a holistic 360 approach to mental health and wellbeing has become essential in the workplace, as mental health conditions continue to increase globally with significant impact, both economically and personally.
The virtual forum will discuss the strategies employers can put in place to support employee mental health and wellbeing; and create healthier workplaces. Topics include:
- From reactive to proactive – the change in approach to employee wellbeing since Covid-19.
- Taking an evidence based approach to employee wellbeing.
- Successes and challenges in implementing wellbeing strategies.
- Workplace health and wellbeing for young people.
- Lessons learned and next steps.

Ngozi Weller, Co-Founder of Aurora Wellness UK
Ngozi Weller is a mental wellbeing coach who works with progressive small and medium sized businesses to deliver employee wellbeing and productivity solutions that are both sustainable and effective. With over 15 years of corporate management experience behind her, she helps leaders skilfully navigate the challenge of balancing workplace productivity with employee wellbeing in a post-COVID era.
Evonne Cannon, Colleague Experience Partner, Zero Waste Scotland
Cannon has over 20 years’ experience in the public sector; including Cemeteries and Bereavement, Transport and Logistics, Communications and Behaviour Change, Waste and Recycling and for the last year in Employee Relations. In her voluntary role within the Chartered Institute of Wastes Management (CIWM), she is a Chartered Waste Manager, a co-elected member of the CIWM Scottish Centre Council and Principle Steering Group Lead for the Professional Development Network. Cannon’s current role is as Colleague Experience Partner within Zero Waste Scotland, responsible for Employee Engagement; Internal Communications; ED&I; and Organisational Health and Wellbeing.
Addam Radha, Consultant, The Clear Company
Radha has been with the Clear Company since 2018, after completing his MSc in Occupational Psychology with Merit from The University of Sheffield. He spreads his time equally across the Clear Company service areas; specialising in policy and recruitment reviews, e-learning content creation and ensuring our clients are implementing best practice on their D&I journey. He is also the lead on Inclusive Hiring and Clear Assured accreditations across our clients.
