myGwork, the professional LGBTQ+ networking and recruitment platform, will be exploring the power of allyship on 15 December 2021 (4pm GMT).
In an intersectional workplace – and world – allyship is multifaceted. Asking ourselves what we can do to support others in our office to overcome barriers placed in their way is part of building strong bonds and relationships that promote better working conditions.
Allies of the LGBTQ+ community myGwork will discuss the work they’ve been doing around allyship and exploring how you can take these principles and learn from them. The event will be hosted by RS Components’ Group Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement, Jessica Chu. Other panellists include professionals from companies like Enterprise, Immarsat, Finastra, FIS and VMLY&R.
