The Diversity & Inclusion Conversations continue on 8 December with “Another Seat at the Table”.
Overall, this will be an opportunity to understand ourselves and issues surrounding diversity, equity and inclusion; and become more confident in guiding important workplace conversations to affect positive change for those around us. The conversation will help address the following question: Has a fear of saying the wrong thing about diversity paralysed you into inaction?
The event will showcase how:
1. The diversity of markets, customers, ideas, and talent are driving the need for inclusion in all aspects of leadership.
2. Learning to speak up about diversity can feel uncomfortable but it is critical for leaders who want to build inclusive workplaces.
3. SCORE teammates continue to understand that diversity is the norm and will build teams with competency to communicate about culturally sensitive issues and invite diverse insights for greater workplace collaboration.
