The organisers of Race Equality Week have announced the launch of #MyNameIs Campaign on 16 November 2021 to help pronounce people’s names correctly.
Did you know that 73% of professionals said they had their names mispronounced, which made them feel ‘not valued or important’, ‘disrespected’ and ‘that they didn’t belong’, according to Race Equality Matters; the organiser of Race Equality Week. So it has announced the launch of #MyNameIs to help get people’s names right.
