Workplace Pride, the Amsterdam-based organisation which strives to push the boundaries of LGBTQ+ inclusion at work, has revealed this year’s Workplace Pride Leadership Award winners.
Despite all the obstacles endured during the pandemic, people soldiered on leading the way for broader inclusion for LGBTQ+ people at work. “In spite of adversity, our community and their employers made the stark realisation that we have to work together even more to push LGBTQ+ progression,” said the awards organiser.
Last year’s Workplace Pride Leadership Awards could not be celebrated live because of Covid-19 restrictions. So this year’s Gala, held at the Dutch National Maritime Museum (Het Scheepvaart Museum) in Amsterdam, enjoyed record-breaking attendance.
