Next month – on 1-5 November 2021 – Out Leadership is hosting its 7th annual Australia Summit
The event will bring together leading figures in business/politics from around Australia for panels, discussions and networking events focused on LGBTQ+ equality. The summit will feature leading CEOs, CMOs, Diversity Officers, Government Relations officers, HR leaders, and other leaders from the region. The event will cover topics ranging from the latest DE&I initiatives in companies around the country, to how to bring your authentic self to work; and progress around including LGBTQ+ people in board diversity initiatives.
It convenes CEOs, business leaders, and allies at exclusive invitation-only events across four continents. It also operates three talent initiatives: Quorum, which aims to increase LGBTQ+ representation on corporate boards; OutNEXT, the first global talent development programmer for emerging LGBTQ+ leaders; and OutWOMEN, connecting senior-level LGBTQ+ women in business.
