The 2021 Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative (RIDI) Awards has extended the deadline for nominations to 6th August 2021.
RIDI brings together leading change-makers in the recruitment sector to celebrate the very best of disability confident recruitment. The free-to-enter awards are the “highlight of the inclusive recruitment calendar”; and the “high calibre of entries really puts our panel of judges through their paces”, according to the organiser.
This year’s categories to choose from include two new options. The eight categories include:
- Getting Started
- Best Inclusive Recruitment Campaign
- Making a Difference – Public Sector
- Making a Difference – Private Sector
- Disability Confident
- Disability Specialist
- NEW – Recruiting Back Better
- NEW – Inclusive Recruiter of the Year
NOMINATION PROCESS
The RIDI Awards will take place in two rounds again this year. Round 1 will allow you to choose your category and make your nomination. This round involves writing 300 words on why the team, person, agency or organisation you are nominating deserves to win the Award.
Then, if your nomination makes it through to Round 2, you’ll be contacted by RIDI for further supporting information via a short interview (by video, phone or email); which the judges will review along with your entry form to decide the final shortlist.
