This year’s Disability Smart Awards, organised by Business Disability Forum, are now open for nominations.
Sponsored by Microlink, this year’s awards aim to showcase and celebrate the most innovative and inclusive practice among employers and service providers. They will also recognise disability smart action and initiatives taken by organisations and individuals working within them.
The Disability Smart Awards celebrate the work businesses achieve to help transform the lives of disabled people in the workplace and in society. From global leaders and diversity and inclusion (D&I) practitioners, innovative campaigners and change-making influencers to great customer service providers, the awards offer organisations the chance to showcase the great work done across different sectors.
AWARDS CATEGORIES
Judged by Business Disability Forum’s team for practitioners in HR, people managing and D&I space, these awards look at best practice for disability as it cuts across business and therefore improves employees’ and customers’ experience. There are 12 Disability Smart Awards to choose from this year; including Communications, Customer Service, Learning and Development, as well as Technology and Workplace Experience. This year’s awards will also incorporate four specific Disability Confident awards. The closing date for entries is 31 August 2021. Click here for more information.
