The next Virtual Diversity Forum, organised by The Clear Company, will focus on emerging talent strategies.
The Forum, scheduled to take place on 17 June (10-12pm), will be hosted by Clear Company’s Director Jenny Hinde. She will be joined by a panel of professionals who will share their talent strategies and success stories.
Panellists include:
- Tony McCaffery, Managing Director at Diversity Scotland. With more than 25 years’ experience in talent management, McCaffery is a well-respected and successful generalist HR, Learning & Development and recruitment leader.
- Sian Carter, Emerging Talent Business Partner at Lloyd’s, is responsible for the recruitment and development of the emerging talent programmes. This includes the graduate, intern, apprentice and formal work experience programmes.
- Julie Newton, Head of Organisational Development at United Utilities, is an experienced Organisation Development leader. She has a wealth of experience working with global, FTSE 100 fast paced and regulated businesses.
Networking sessions will be interspersed through the session, so that attendees can share their experiences and thoughts on the next steps.
