KONE, a global company in the elevator and escalator industry, has appointed Renia Coleman as Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) for KONE Americas. 

The industry veteran will to continue to shape culture, strategic initiatives and ’employer of choice priorities’, said the company. In this role, Coleman will oversee, guide and drive a culture of inclusion, belonging and diversity promotion across the organisation. She will also develop and drive key partnerships internally and externally.

VALUABLE ADDITION TO THE TEAM

Coleman will be based in Lisle and report directly to Nicole Manzo, Senior Vice President of Human Resources for KONE Americas. “I’m excited to have Renia on board,” said Manzo . “She will be a valuable addition to our team and further supports our ongoing initiatives as KONE builds out an even more collaborative, positive workplace culture of diversity, inclusion and equity.”

Coleman brings more than 15 years of leadership experience to KONE Americas, including expertise in core human resource disciplines of inclusion strategy, talent management, recruitment, change and transformational leadership; along with advanced knowledge of human capital and people strategies.
