The Festival of Inclusion in Hospitality, Travel and Leisure, organised by WiHTL, is scheduled to will take place on 12-13 May 2021.
“The objective of the festival is to celebrate diversity across the industry,” said the organiser Women in Hospitality, Travel and Leisure (WiHTL). “The virtual event will showcase great examples of tangible initiatives that have a positive impact; raise awareness of the benefits of inclusive cultures and the perils of lack of diversity; inspire people whatever their background or circumstances to join progress; and build their career within the hospitality, travel and leisure industry.”
The event boasts over 60 speakers and will share insights, best practices, case studies, stories across the whole breadth of the diversity, inclusion and belonging spectrum. Conversations will range from gender to race and ethnicity, from LGBTQ+ to social mobility; and from age to disability and wellbeing, confirmed WiHTL. Speakers include CEOs, Chief People Officers, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officers, D&I leading experts, and people who are passionate about diversity and inclusion.
