Tribaja has organised a DiversiTech Summit on 25-27 March 2021 for jobseekers and underrepresented talent in the US.
The virtual event aims to bring together diverse leaders, tech enthusiasts and the workplaces that support them. The three-day event and job fair is “curated to ignite collaboration and diversity in the tech and innovation space”, says Tribaja Founder Shannon Morales. Keynote speakers include Asif Sadiq MBE, VP and Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Adidas; and Julissa Prado, Founder & CEO of Rizos Curls.
Jobseekers from underrepresented communities can receive ‘complimentary ticket’ to the event, confirmed Morales. Tribaja, formerly Echoe Me Forward, is a minority and woman-owned business founded by Morales in 2017. The Afro-Latina single mother and social entrepreneur started the company after experiencing unconscious bias in the workplace. Check out our interview with her here.
