Non-profit organisation Community Business has announced the finalists of Hong Kong’s 2021 LGBT+ Inclusion Awards.
These awards recognise the exceptional dedication and accomplishments towards LGBT+ equality and inclusion in Hong Kong. To ensure the health and safety of its community and team, Community Business decided to run the 2021 Hong Kong LGBT+ Inclusion Awards and Gala event virtually again this year. The event is scheduled to take place on 21st May 2021.
2021 FINALISTS
This year’s Hong Kong LGBT+ Inclusion Awards features finalists across five categories.
LGBT+ Ally Award (sponsored by Goldman Sachs)
This year’s award recognises a non-LGBT+ individual who has demonstrated personal passion and commitment to promoting LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace and beyond in Hong Kong. Finalists include:
- Eleanor Coleman, The Financial Empowerment Group

LGBT+ Community Impact Award
This award recognises a community-based LGBT+ initiative that has had a significant positive impact in promoting LGBT+ inclusion in Hong Kong. Finalists include:

- LGBT+ Media Guide, Midnight Blue
- QSA x FinS Mentorship Program, Queer Straight Alliance
LGBT+ Executive Sponsor Award (sponsored by Morgan Stanley)
This award recognises a senior executive sponsor based in Hong Kong who has spoken up and used their influence to promote LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace and beyond. Finalists include:
