The Clear Company has organised a free virtual event focusing on shared parental leave.

The Shared Parental Leave Roundtable & Discussion will take place on 24 March (2-3.30pm GMT). As more organisations respond to the demand for shared parental leave it’s important not just to have the right policies and processes in place, but also to encourage a culture that supports all parents to take leave and adopt flexible working where appropriate for them.

SUPPORT FOR NEW PARENTS

Jenny Hinde, Director of the Clear Company and Nishi Mehta, Founder of CM Talent, will be sharing their research findings and what employers can do to support new parents.
