Pohlad Companies, a privately held, diverse portfolio of businesses spanning multiple industries and sectors, has named Erryn Williams as the new Chief Talent and Diversity Officer.
In this role, Williams will lead diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) strategy and key talent practices across the organisation; and report to Chief Human Resources Officer, Pamela Lampert. She will build upon current initiatives and priorities in partnership with the Pohlad Leadership team, business and human resource leaders, and employee DE&I councils.

Williams has more than 20 years of experience in human resources and DE&I roles in both public and private companies; including May Company, Target, Best Buy and Ryan Companies. Most recently, Williams led global DE&I strategy for Cargill. She currently also serves as a board member and chair of the Human Resources committee for Bridging. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
