And Sandy Gould, VP Talent of Verizon Media will lead panelists to discuss how individuals’ diversities can be transformed into ‘super powers’.

EMPOWERING INCLUSION

DIAL Global, the global community for diverse, inclusive and aspirational leaders, aims to empower leaders to make brave choices; and take real action by equipping them with the insight, understanding, inspiration and personal support needed to create more open, diverse and inclusive workplaces.

“We’ve gathered some of the world’s most authentic and inspirational leaders to talk openly about hot topics in diversity,” stated Leila McKenzie-Delis, CEO and Founder of DIAL Global. “We leave behind the rhetoric and empty talk about diversity and inclusion and talk about what really matters – real actions and real results. This Global Summit allows us all to learn from each other about how to best create change in our workplaces and in our lives. Because in our workplaces, there is much to do, much to heal, much to restore, much to build and a lot more to gain.”

Big, small, bold or quiet – every one of us can do something today to create more equality now and for the generations to come,” she added.
