Diversity and inclusion (D&I) talent search agency, Precedent Group has announced the appointment of UK diversity champion Paul Sesay as its new CEO.
As the founder of Inclusive Companies and The National Diversity Awards, Sesay has over 15 years of experience in the diversity arena, having collaborated with some of the largest organisations in the world to enhance their D&I profiles. Sesay also engages with local communities to help people from various backgrounds to achieve and empowers disadvantaged groups throughout the UK.
