Executive search firm Warren Partners has announced the appointment of Ian Durant to Chair its Employee Ownership Trust Board.
In the new role, Durant will be charged with promoting the long-term interests of their employees. A leading voice on building balanced and effective boards, Durant will also sit on the Warren Partners board as a Non-Executive Director. Additionally, he is the Non-Executive Chair at food retailer and manufacturer Greggs Plc and furniture retailer DFS Plc.
