LATINA Style has revealed the 50 Best Companies for Latinas to Work for in the US. Bank of America lands the number one spot on the list and is honoured as “Company of the Year” for Latinas, confirmed the publisher. Accenture takes the second spot in the list, followed by New York Life, Johnson & Johnson and AT&T.
Commenting on the news, Bank of America’s CEO Brian Moynihan stated: “At Bank of America, we have a long-standing commitment to advance diverse representation across all levels of our company. This recognition from LATINA Style underscores our efforts to attract, retain and support the professional development and career growth of Latina talent.”
RESPECTED EVALUATION
The LATINA Style’s 50 Report is “the most respected evaluation of corporate America’s career advancement opportunities for Hispanic women” according to the publisher. In fact, it’s the standard that corporate America has been using to measure its diversity accomplishments in the Latin community since 1998.
Based on 2019 data, this year’s survey particularly focuses on Latina promotions, recruitment and retention, as well as the increase in the number of Latina employees at each company.

CULTIVATING KEY PARTNERSHIPS
Business leaders from CEOs to diversity and inclusion chiefs have confirmed that getting a spot on lists like this often takes years of hard work. The annual awards honouring the best 50 companies for Latinas will take place in February 2021 during the LATINA Style 50 Awards and Diversity Leaders Conference in Washington, DC.
