INvolve – The Inclusion People has announced that nominations for its OUTstanding LGBT+ Role Model Lists 2020, supported by Yahoo Finance, are now open. The OUTstanding LGBT+ Role Model Lists showcase LGBT+ business leaders and allies who are breaking down barriers and creating more inclusive workplaces across the world. Click here to see who made it on last year’s list.
There are three nomination categories to choose from. The 100 LGBT+ Executives List is for LGBT+ executives who are working hard to create more LGBT+ inclusive workplaces. Nominees for this category are working within three levels from the chief executive within large organisations, or leaders of smaller firms. The 100 LGBT+ Future Leaders List is for inspirational LGBT+ people who are not yet senior leaders in an organisation, but are making a significant contribution to LGBT+ inclusion at work.
Finally, the 50 Ally Executives List for senior leaders who are allies of the LGBT+ community and working hard in the private sector to create more LGBT+ inclusive workplaces. Nominees for this category are working within three levels from the chief executive within large organisations, or are leaders of smaller companies.
