The next annual d&i Leaders LGBT+ at Work Conference will bring together diversity, inclusion and HR-related professionals looking to create and maintain an LGBT+ inclusive workplace. The event will take place on 27th February 2020 in London.
The conference features 15+ speakers who will cover topics, such as why campaigning internally on LGBT+ issues is a leadership ‘must’, to the importance of allies, role models and senior sponsorship. It will also explore what role companies can play to help drive LGBT+ acceptance and how to support mental health and well-being for LGBT+ employees, as well as provide support for LGBT+ families and bi-sexual staff.
