Autism West is organising three unique Neurodiversity in the Workplace Forums between 13-27th February 2020, in Perth Australia.
This series of forums will provide D&I/HR professionals with ‘strength-based’ solutions to recruiting and onboarding neurodiverse individuals, with a workable strategic approach that is ready to apply within their organisation, says the organiser.
The event will provide the opportunity to listen to individuals with real experience, together with their employers. They will share real life scenarios in an interactive workshop session that will help to empower organisations to attract and successfully retain neurodiverse employees. Presenters include employees from BHP, Curtin University, Enabling Spaces, Harrier Talent Solutions, Optika Solutions and RAC.
