SAP Argentina and charity PANAACEA Foundation have joined forces to organise an Autism at Work event, which highlights the benefits of embracing neurodiversity at work.
The event is scheduled to take place on the 4th December 2019 at Hotel Meliá in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The event will highlight how SAP’s Autism at Work programme helps to better integrate employees with autism in the workplace, and the benefits that other companies can gain by joining SAP’s initiative.
According to SAP Argentina, 1 in every 100 people has some form of autism, and 80% of those people are unemployed. The video below demonstrates how SAP Argentina is embracing neurodiversity and employing people on the autism spectrum with success.
