The Diversity Best Practices (DBP) Global Conference is scheduled to take place on 12th November 2019 in Dubai. According to the organiser, it will offer a ‘robust and powerful insight’ into D&I best practices and trends around the world.
This 2019 DBP Global Member Conference will focus on culture, metrics and innovative strategies and solutions that will help to build ‘true’ inclusion in a global and changing workforce. Practitioners from the US and the UAE will come together for this one day of learning to share successful tactics and unique ideas to tackle culturural challenges around the world, and to explore what it means for the sustainability of business.
The conversations and workshops will ‘challenge attendees to think differently about how to achieve inclusion in their organisations’, and will dive deep into topics on multiculturalism in the workplace, leveraging data and maximising the effectiveness of employee resource groups, says DBP.
