Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Mavens have released 2019’s TOP 100 Employers for Diversity. Accor, LinkedIn and Adobe Systems are named as the top three employers in this year’s list. Check out the full list here.
The list was compiled from interviewing tens of thousands of employees from many of the world’s most recognised brands, with an anonymous partner, said the award organiser. Employees were instructed to anonymously score questions on a scale of 1 to 10 on categories such as organisation-wide diversity, diversity in leadership, overall inclusiveness, availability of D&I resources/programmes and work/life balance.
DIVERSITY STARS
As well as compiling the Top 100 Employers for Diversity, D&I Mavens create the TOP 50 Most Influential Diversity Stars and the TOP 50 CEOs Driving Diversity lists annually.
They also organise the Retreat for Diversity, which brings together global D&I thought leaders to share their insights through interactive roundtable discussions, expert panels and thought leadership presentations, and ends with an awards dinner gala.
