D&I Leaders has announced that it will host two diversity and inclusion (D&I) events in London next month, focusing on disability and recruitment.

The Disability at Work 2019 summit will bring together diversity, inclusion and HR professionals looking to attract, recruit and retain disabled talent on 1st October 2019. According to D&I Leaders, “This unique one-day CPD-accredited programme features on-stage interviews; panel discussions and a choice of stream sessions, all designed to help organisations become disability confident.”

The Disability at Work Summit 2019 will focus on attracting, recruiting and retaining disabled talent.

The following day, on 2nd October, The Inclusive Recruitment 2019 conference, will focus on attracting diverse talent, removing bias and building a more inclusive recruitment process.

“This one-day CPD-accredited programme features 18 expert speakers, who will share advice on how to communicate your culture externally; eliminate bias in the hiring process from advert to interview, the importance of external partnerships to engage diverse talent and how you can best train and support your hiring managers,” added the organiser.

Both events, to be held at the same London venue, boast a line-up of expert speakers, confirmed the organiser.
