The Council for Latino Workplace Equity (CLWE) has announced that it is now accepting nominations for 2019’s Top Latino Leader Award. The organisation, which aims to promote workplace equity for Latinos, has created the awards for Latinos who have achieved success in their career while paving the way for others to advance in the corporate arena.
Winners will be announced at the 5th Annual Latino Leadership Conference, on 9th October 2019, in Los Angeles, California. The event is organised by CLWE in association with National Diversity Council and The National Diversity Awards Association.
AWARDS CRITERIA
Individuals that are nominated must comply with the following criteria:
- Contributes to creating and promoting a culture where Latino talent is supported and leveraged for organisational success.
- Demonstrates leadership excellence and high visibility in the Latino community.
- Maintains a record of professional accomplishments.
- Operates with the highest integrity and ethical behaviour.
- Retains commendable reputation with colleagues and superior.
