LGBT+ at Work Conference, scheduled to take place in London on 26th February 2019, promises an ‘action-packed’ agenda this year.
Organised by d&i Leaders, the event is aimed at senior diversity, inclusion and HR professionals looking to demonstrate real commitment to their LGBT+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) staff, consumers and service users.
The organisers have created a ‘unique’ one-day programme to inspire delegates to advance LGBT+ workplace equality in their organisations.
Attendees will hear from 15+ speakers, covering topics such as the role in business in driving LGBT+ equality, creating great LGBT+ customer and colleague experiences, the changing role of LGBT+ employee networks, creating an inclusive culture in relation to gender identity and intersex, intersectionality, and the role of senior allies and mentors.
